Welcome to Glitz and Glow Nails! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All payments are due on the day of the appointment.
  • Payments are non-transferable to other people or future appointments.

2. Late Policy

  • You have a 10-minute grace period if you are running late.
  • If you arrive 11-15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be charged.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled with no refund.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • If you fail to cancel within this time, you will be marked as a “no-show” and will be required to pay a $65 cancellation fee before rebooking.
  • Failure to pay this fee may result in a ban from future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given after the service has been provided.
  • If you experience any issues with your nails, you must contact us within 24 hours for a fix.

5. Service Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
    • Health concerns that may affect the service.
    • Repeated policy violations.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or side effects caused by our products. Please notify us of any allergies beforehand.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will only be used for booking and service-related purposes.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction resulting from the services provided.
  • Customers assume all risks associated with the service.

8. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most recent version of our terms and policies.
